In the spring, each week at the Vines Garden Park gets better and better! I have been to the park for shoots several times over the past few weeks and each time I go, a different section of the grounds is in full bloom and it is gorgeous! It is no surprise the Vines Garden Park is a popular place to take an evening stroll, sit on a swing next to the lake and read a book, or use as a backdrop for pictures.
When I scheduled Laura and Daniel’s engagement session at the Vines, I completely forgot about prom season! I pulled into the parking lot and it was unusually full. Once I saw the girls in their beautiful prom dresses I realized it was a prom night. Thankfully though, the majority of the people who visit the vines, take pictures in the exact same spots. After walking the grounds several times, I know where to go, away from the crowds.
Laura and I had talked several times before her engagement session. It was nice to finally get to meet her and Daniel in person and spend time with them. We talked about how they met, the recent concert they went to, and their love for the great outdoors. I gave them a few places to check out and they gave me a few places as well to explore.
I am looking forward to their wedding this July.
