Greenville Engagement | Falls Park on the Reedy

I drove up to Greenville, SC to meet up with Chad and Leigh Ann for an engagement session. I have seen so many pictures and ad’s about Greenville, I have been wanting to adventure in the Greenville area for awhile, especially Falls Park on the Reedy.  Falls park is this beautiful park that looks like it is out of a fairy tale and there is a beautiful waterfall, massive suspension bridge, paths and trails to explore, as well as some great restaurants and shops.  It is definitely the perfect spot to throw out a blanket and enjoy a picnic lunch as well as shoot a beautiful engagement session.

Chad, Leigh Ann and I met up for an early morning session.  The weather was cool, the sun was bright, and at 8:30 in the morning there weren’t a lot of pedestrians yet at the park.  We warmed up with a few shots on the suspension bridge and then headed down to the falls.  It is incredible that these falls are right in the heart of downtown.  You don’t need to hike through a forest or scale massive boulders.

There are many different locations throughout the park as well as surrounding area parks that would make backdrops for any portrait session.
